About this product

weber PR370 is a synthetic, water-based PVA concentrate for sealing and priming building substrates.

Features and Benefits

  • Assurance Scheme ISO 9001
  • Seals dusty or porous surfaces prior to tiling
  • Supplied as a concentrate
  • When diluted 5:1, one 2.5 litre bottle will cover approximately 25 m2
  • Can be used neat or diluted (substrate dependent)

Preparation

weber PR370 is recommended when tiling onto porous substrates such as plaster, plasterboard, blockwork, in dry, interior situations.

Ensure that the surface is clean, dry, sound and dust-free.

Ensure that the surface is free from grease or any other contamination.

Mixing

Shake well before use. For priming smooth, dusty/porous surfaces, mix together 1 part of primer with 5 parts of water.

For priming very coarse, open surfaces, mix together 1 part of primer with 3 parts of water.

Application

Do not use at temperatures below 5°C.

Use a brush or sponge to apply the primer mixture. Leave to dry before tiling (this may take 1 to 4 hours, depending on the film thickness and the ambient temperature).
