This modern shopping centre was designed by Toymaster. The construction is composed of a light frame weight building with various finishings including the Weber weber.therm XM systems.
weber.therm XM is a high performance external wall insulation system protected by meshcloth reinforced polymer renders. weber.therm XM systems have BBA approval covering various type of insulation and many renders finishes. The project was finished in a clear shade of yellow (NCS 0505Y30R)
The system chosen for this particular project consists of 60mm of phenolic foam with a meshcloth reinforcement and is fixed and reinforced with weber.rend LAC, a low density polymer-modified dry powder cement based mortar.
The project was finished by applying weber.pral D in silver. Weber.pral D is a one-coat, through-coloured monocouche render suitable for most types of brick or blockwork.
