weber.pral M has been applied to the entrance facade where ashlars divide the surface into room sized areas with a raised profile in weber.pral M framing the windows.
On the opposite side of the building, overlooking the Marina, weber.pral M has been applied to the series of curved bays that form the dominant design to this elevation.
The Monocouche range of through coloured products is designed to take full advantage of the short application programmes made possible by modern one coat renders. Subject to weather conditions the material may be applied by machine or hand and scrape finished in the same day reducing programme periods, freeing up groundworks for early completion and reducing scaffolding costs to the minimum.
Scrape finishes with colour options provide low maintenance textured contrasting surfaces for designers. A roughcast spray finish is also possible when the product is applied by render spray machine.
