Render is an extremely useful tool when designing striking aesthetics and is at the forefront of the viewers' first impressions; in this respect it was crucial to create the right visual impression to further enhance the grandeur of the country house.
The decorative render weber.pral M was specified in an ivory shade in conjunction with the decorative finish weber.plast TF. Available in 12 standard colours and 24 tailored special colours, weber.pral M is a one-coat, through coloured monocouche render, it has excellent weather resistance and durability properties which will protect the exterior of house whilst still allowing the structure to breathe.
In addition to these important practical advantages, the specification of ivory has given Park House a warm, classic look which is aesthetically pleasing to the eye and blends in nicely with the surrounding grounds. Phil Ash of Parsons Ash Ltd was the applicator responsible for the first class application of the render.
