Imperial Court, Clacton-on-Sea

Aimed at the high end of the private housing market with a project value of £42 million, the Royal Artillery Quays development in Pier Road, Thamesmead is comprised of 418 flats spanning over 8 blocks with the majority having a river view. The Quays development boasts a contemporary design with light, bright spacious interiors as the main design feature. Scaling down from 10-15 storey towers at the river's edge to two storey on the boulevard side, the buildings respect the context of existing family houses.
