weber alpha pipe liner is used to line the screed pipes before pumping either weber.floor 4480 alpha+ or weber.floor 4490 alpha screeds. It is necessary in order to provide lubrication so that the Alpha product flows smoothly through the screed pipes. Without the lubrication the heavy aggregates segregate and become lodged in the pipes and the whole system will become blocked up.
Mixing
Add the weber alpha pipe liner powder to approx 10 litres of water and mix with a paddle mixer until it makes a creamy liquid.
Application
- Mix approx. 10 litres of weber alpha pipe liner in a bucket to a creamy consistency.
- Pour the weber alpha pipe liner into the second mixing chamber.
- Start the pump until the chamber is empty.
- Mix the weber alpha product and pump this through behind the weber alpha pipe liner.
- Leave the pump to run until all the slurry is pumped through the screed hoses.
- Pump the slurry into a bucket which can be removed before the weber alpha product arrives.
Practical advice
Always pour slurry into SECOND mixing chamber. Never pour slurry into the dry mixing chamber or material trough.
Cleaning and Cares
Wash tools with water.
Storage
12 months under dry conditions.
