The solution was to lay weber maxit floor 4310 over the existing substrate at a nominal thickness of 5mm. In all 644m2 of the specialist renovation screed was laid over 2 floors. The weber maxit floor 4310 was mixed outside and pumped onto both floors meaning it could be installed quickly and efficiently. The self-leveling properties of the screed meant it required little finishing work once pumped but still gave a smooth, seamless finish.
It took HPC just 3 hours to lay the screed which was ready to take the final floor coverings of carpet and vinyl within 2 weeks. Having previously used other weber maxit floor products with great success HPC had no hesitation in specifying a weber maxit floor product for this refurbishment.
