The new build is an architecturally interesting project designed by Operman Architect.
This is a mixed development project consisting of one office block and residential blocks.
A range of modern façade systems were used on the scheme including Weber's EWI systems.
weber.therm XM is a high performance external wall insulation system protected by meshcloth reinforced polymer renders. weber.therm XM systems have BBA approval covering various type of insulation and many renders finishes.
The project was finished in 3 different shades; white, pale grey/green and dark grey/green.
weber.therm XM is comprised of expanded polystyrene, reinforcement meshcloth and was fixed and reinforced with one coat to weber.rend LAC, a low density polymer-modified dry powder cement based mortar.
To finish weber.rend PTC, a polymer-modified, dry powder cement based mortar, was applied as the top coat.
