The high performance external wall insulation system weber.therm XM was specified for the accommodation in conjunction with a weber.plast TF finish.

weber.therm XM is a lightweight insulation system which incorporates a thin-coat polymer render and meshcloth reinforcement. The system will provide efficient thermal insulation for the building as well as eliminate interstitial condensation by creating a 'warm wall' construction. The finish coat on the flats is weber.plast TF; an acrylic based, composite, decorative render which not only gives an attractive finish but also provides the building with durability and resilience against all harsh and exposed weather conditions.
