weber.cem post set is a proportioned blend of dry aggregate, graded sands, cement and additive mixture suitable for post hole applications where lower than normal strength is acceptable. weber.cem post set cannot be mixed in a wheelbarrow or mechanical mixer like normal concretes. The additive used in the mix reacts instantly with cement allowing very little mixing time or compaction.

Technical data
Preparation
In the interest of economy, keep the hole narrow. The recommended depth depends on the height of the post, the load it will support and the soil conditions.
As a guide, a 75 mm square post 1.5 m high should be set at a depth of 450 mm in heavy soil or 600 mm in light soil or if in an exposed position.
Mixing
Do not machine or hand mix weber.cem post set. It sets in minutes.
Always add weber.cem post set powder to water.
Application
1. Calculate the size of hole required using the estimating table opposite for guidance.
2. Calculate the amount of weber.cempost set required using the estimating table. Place post in hole and pour weber.cempost set at a steady, even rate around the post and into the water.

4. Align post to desired position. No bracing is necessary. weber.cempost set will harden in minutes.
5. Sprinkle water on top of any powder visible in the hole. Tamp surface to eliminate air voids.
6. Your post is now securely set in weber.cempost set concrete. Cover top of hole with earth or grass

Yield is approx. 13 litres.
Storage and Shelf life
When stored unopened in a dry place at temperatures above 5°C, shelf life is at least 6 months from date of manufacture.
