Technical data
weber.tec solvent 1
A distillate hydrocarbon solvent based on a blend of isomers similar to white spirit but specially formulated to provide more efficient noncorrosive cleaning of many types of materials.
weber.tec solvent 3
A blend of esters of dimethyl adipate, gulterate and succinate esters with a proportion on N-methyl pyrrolidone and a small quantity of a nonionic detergent which emulsify resin and hardener components. A safer cleaner solvent for removing epoxy reins.
weber.tec solvent 5
A solution of a small amount of anionoc detergent in a high boiling point blend of xylenes and trimethyl benzene solvent with a pungent odour.
Constraints

Not suitable for removing epoxy and polyester or similar set resins.

For uncured epoxy resins only.
weber.tec solvent 5
Must not be used as a diluent or for reducing the viscosity of epoxy resins.
Cleaning
All equipment should be cleaned, preferably by soaking overnight followed by wiping thoroughly with a clean cloth or brush.
Storage and Shelf life
Store in well ventilated conditions away from sunlight or sources of ignition in conditions above 15oC.
Ensure the container is kept well sealed.
Shelf life of unopened container in correct storage conditions is up to 12 months.

Toxic to aquatic organisms, may cause long-term adverse effects in the aquatic environment
Harmful; may cause lung damage if swallowed. Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking.
Avoid contact with skin. After contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of soap and water. Do not empty into drains, dispose of this material and its container to hazardous or special waste collection point. Wear suitable gloves. In case of fire use sand, earth, foam or water fog. If swallowed seek medical advice immediately and show the container label. Use only in well ventilated areas. Avoid release to the environment. Refer to special instructions/safety data sheet. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Seek medical attention immediately and show the label.

Harmful by inhalation and in contact with skin. Irritating to eyes, respiratory system and skin. May cause sensitisation by skin contact. Toxic to aquatic organisms, may cause long-term adverse effects in the aquatic environment.
