Technical data

Preparation

weber.cem keycoat

A single-component, polymer-modified, corrosion-inhibiting bonding primer for parent concrete and steel reinforcement.

Once mixed with water the product is brush applied to the substrate prior to the application of weber.cem repair mortars.

Supplied in 5 kg and 25 kg bags.

weber.cem HB30 and HB40

Single-component, high-build polymer-modified repair mortars for replacing defective concrete.

Once mixed with water, the product can be applied by hand by compacting on to tacky weber.cem keycoat and finished with a wooden or plastic float.

Supplied in 20 kg bags.

weber.cem fairing coat

A single-component, polymer-modified levelling mortar used to prevent ghosting of concrete repairs through decorative finishes.

Once mixed with water, the product is applied by hawk and trowel and finished with a damp sponge.

Supplied in 25 kg bags.

weber.cote coatings

Single-component, acrylic anti-carbonation coatings for the long term protection of existing concrete and new repairs.

weber.cem HB30
Yield is approximately 16 litres per 20 kg bag or 0.5 m2 at 30 mm thickness.

weber.cem HB40
Yield is approximately 16 litres per 20 kg bag or 0.5 m2 at 30 mm thickness.

weber.cem fairing coat
Yield is approximately 13 litres per 25 kg bag depending on water addition. This equates to approximately 6.5 m2 per bag at 2 mm thickness.
